Why would I need to share a conversation?
Whether you're looking to improve teamwork and enhance collaboration without necessarily going through the hassle of creating an organization or you need to flag an issue within a specific chat with your Agent, sharing your conversation would speed up a variety of processes.
How to share a conversation
1. Head over to our app and click on the "Chat history" button on the left side of your screen:
2. Find your desired conversation, click on the three dots and then on "Share":
3. Now simply click on "Copy link":
You're done! Now you will be able to send the link to your desired conversation to whoever you'd like.
