Why do I need a knowledge base?
Sharing a knowledge base with your organization can be an incredibly powerful way to increase productivity, improve collaboration and stay aligned. By centralizing information and resources, team members can quickly find the information they need and avoid duplicating efforts or repeating mistakes.
How to share a knowledge base with your organization
1. Head over to our app (https://app.textcortex.com/), open the "Knowledge" dropdown menu on the sidebar on the left side of your screen and click on "Knowledge Bases".
2. Click on the three dots on the top right of the knowledge base you'd like to share with your organization and then hit "Share".
3. Now you can either simply enter the email address of the person you'd like to share your knowledge base with, or you can easily share it within your organization by also selecting the role of the members who are going to view it.
4. When you click on "Done" the process is officially completed!
