We shipped a lot this month. Here is what actually matters.
New AI Models and API Features
We added new models to our model hub including Kimi K2.6, DeepSeek V4 Pro, GPT 5.5 Pro..
We added BenchLM price/performance scores so you can see if the model is cost-effective for your use cases.
The API supports chat response formats now, and we opened a streaming responses route. Deepseek v4 Pro is live, routed through Nebius. There is also an API key auth redirect path for smoother integrations. (Docs: https://docs.textcortex.com/api/)
Product Features
Automations
Automations let you schedule recurring agent tasks that run without you being present. You set the prompt, pick the schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly), and choose where results go. The automation fires on time, runs the conversation, and delivers the output back to you via notification or email.
This month we cleaned up the manual editing flow. You can now adjust prompts, schedules, and delivery settings directly without rebuilding the whole automation from scratch.
Agent Tags and Management
Agents now receive tags at creation. Tags are labels you attach to agents for grouping, filtering, and organization. You can tag by department (Sales, Support, Engineering), by use case (Research, Writing, Coding), by project, or by any system that fits your workspace.
Tagged agents show up grouped in the directory, and you can filter the agent list down to just the tags you care about. This matters once you have more than a handful of agents and need to find the right one fast.
Chat and Conversation Experience
- You will hear a completion sound when a chat finishes
- The tool approval card got redesigned and moved above the composer
- Memory toggles are right in the chat tools now (opt in, not silently enabled)
- MCP permission requests are visible inside chat
Knowledge Base Improvements
- Full design upgrade with cleaner navigation
- Owner names now show in knowledge base listings
- Connected integration icons visible on KB cards
- Filter by owner name and connection type
