10+ New Integrations
If you've ever had to copy-paste between tools because your AI couldn't reach your actual data, this is for you.
TextCortex agents can now connect directly to: Google Drive, Google Calendar, Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive Business, Zendesk, Monday.com, PostHog, Ahrefs, BigQuery, Gmail, and Outlook shared mailboxes.
That's your files, your calendar, your support queue, your SEO data, and your task boards, all reachable without switching tabs. Connect them once in your settings, then use them in any conversation or agent.

More Control Over Connected Tools
When connecting a new app via MCP, you can now pick exactly which permissions to grant, instead of accepting a blanket set. Small thing, but matters if you care about what your agents can and can't touch.
Agent Skills
Skills are pre-built instruction sets you can attach to any agent or conversation. Things like "always search this knowledge base before answering," or "follow this research workflow for SEO," or "use this tone and format for all replies."
Now you can teach AI how you really work.

Send Emails from the Chat
You can now draft and send Outlook emails directly from a TextCortex conversation. No copy-pasting into a separate tab, no manual sending. Useful if you're doing anything repetitive with email: follow-ups, summaries, updates to a list of people.

Edit Spreadsheets Inside the App
Open a CSV or Excel file in TextCortex, edit the cells, save. That's it. No downloading, re-uploading, or losing track of which version is current.
Smarter Long Conversations
Long chats used to drift. The AI would lose context from earlier in the conversation and start making assumptions.
Now, long conversations are automatically compacted with a rolling summary in the background. The AI keeps its bearings no matter how deep the conversation runs.
TextCortex Flows: Now in Wider Beta
Conversations are great for interactive work. But some tasks shouldn't need you in the loop at all.
Flows is TextCortex's workflow automation product. You build multi-step automations in a visual, node-based editor, using the same agents, connectors, and knowledge bases you already have, combined with structured logic to make things repeatable and predictable.
Think of it as the difference between asking your agent something and setting it up to run on its own, reliably, on schedule, every time.
We're rolling it out to a wider audience now. If you want early access, reply to this email and we'll get you in.
