Why do I need a brand agent?
Creating a brand agent is an essential step in building a brand identity for any company.
However, simply creating an agent is not enough: it is equally important to ensure that this agent is shared and understood by all the members of the team. Let's take a look at how you can do that.
How to share an agent with your organization
1. Head over to our app (https://app.textcortex.com/), open the "Customizations" dropdown menu on the sidebar on the left side of your screen and click on "Agent Profiles".
2. Click on the three dots on the top right of the agent you'd like to share with your organization and then hit "Share".
3. Now you can either simply enter the email address of the person you'd like to share your agent with, or you can easily share it within your organization by also selecting the role of the members who are going to view it.
4. When you click on "Done" the process is officially completed!
