If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 5 days of your purchase (5 days are counted from the day on which you purchase the subscription, this option is only valid for first-time new payments and not for active or running subscription payments) with the receipt of your payment and we will process your request to issue a full refund.
It is important to be aware that the Refund Policy exclusively applies to the plans listed below:
- Premium 1000 (Lite-3)
- Premium 1400 (Lite-4)
- Premium 2800 (Lite-5)
- Unlimited.
Customers who purchase either a quarterly plan, the Premium 150 (Lite-1) or the Premium 500 (Lite-2) plan on a monthly billing cycle will not be eligible for refunds. However, if they choose to buy these plans on a yearly billing cycle, refunds are available.
Please keep in mind that we are not obligated to issue a refund: we are only offering a 5-day money back guarantee as part of our commitment to be a conscientious business.
Processing refunds may take up to 30 business days.
