It is important to be aware that the Refund Policy exclusively applies to the plans listed below:
- Premium 1000 (Lite-3)
- Premium 1400 (Lite-4)
- Premium 2800 (Lite-5)
- Unlimited.
Customers who purchase either the Premium 150 (Lite-1), the Premium 500 (Lite-2) plan on a monthly billing cycle will not be eligible for refunds. However, if they choose to buy these plans on a yearly billing cycle, refunds are available.
