Customers who purchase either the Lite-150 (Lite-1), the Lite-500 (Lite-2) plan or any of the one-time booster packages on a monthly billing cycle will not be eligible for refunds. However, if they choose to buy these plans on a yearly billing cycle, refunds are available.
